While this may look like a backfire and desperation in the short run -- Hillary is playing (well, ATTEMPTING to play) a long game here.
Much like her vast rightwing conspiracy ploy on Whitewater, Bill's infidelity, etc. she is trying to tie the Clinton foundation crap, daily email bombshells, and the new even more devastating stuff to come into an ALT-Right "THIS IS OLD NEWS" ball.
Whether or not it works remains to be seen, but that will be the tactic with anything that comes out from wikileaks or about her health -- This is just the evil racist alt-right rehashing old news.
Personally, I don't think it will work this time, but that is my take on her screech yesterday.
