How about allowing EACH INDIVIDUAL DISTRICT in each individual State to manage security under the guidance of State legislatures? At least that way you have a chance at an honest election in some of the places. If the Federal government takes over all election security, we are the United States Socialist Republic.. They won, we lost the Cold war.
