Okay...I listened to the entire bizarre exchange. Katrina stood up, brilliantly, to Wolfie’s incessant ‘demands’ that Trump apologize to this ‘grieving’ family.
Katrina said, Eric Trump said that his dad honored this son and family, for son’s service.
Wolf said, shouldn’t Trump have praised this family? Er, praised this son? (Seriously?)
Katrina said Hillary is the one who voted for this....for changes in rules of engagement. Trump had nothing to do with the war. Hillary and 0blama were the ones in charge, then.
By that, she obviously meant with their freaking VOTES!!! Which, they were. They voted for the war, rules, etc. It happened on THEIR Senate watches.

She was technically incorrect with the comment about the rules of engagement, as Capt Khan died in 2004, way before Obama became Prez and changed the ROE.
The relentless way Wolfie kept coming back to the demand for an apology shows that CNN had an agenda and Wolfie was following orders.
If they can get a concession from the Trump camp at any level, they will beat Trump over the head with it.

O'Really has Trump on, and just asked him if he [Trump] should have ignored Khan. Trump says the press made a big deal out of it, and notes that O'Really is the one who brought it up tonight, not Trump. O'Really pivots to "it wasn't wise to bring up the mother, who is just sitting there." Trump says he understands, but many people had remarked about her just sitting there, and he again points out that he [Trump] was viciously attacked by Khan, and later by CNN.
Trump's draft lottery number was 356!!! And the NYT says he's a draft dodger? LOL. He admits maybe he shouldn't fight back, but so far whatever he has been doing has been working. Back to Khan, he was attacked, all he did was respond to it, and the press turned it into a four day story. Yes indeed, the press ran with a totally false accusation - that is what the press does.
That’s a great thing to work on, while listening to Trump rallies :)
