While I don’t disagree with you, VA has been stuffed full of even more government flunkies and especially government IT contractors, many of them from the Asian subcontinent. And then there are the multitudes of illegals, both the set that Obama trucked in and the ones who came in search of construction jobs.
If the race were restricted to legitimate ballots it would be close or leaning Trump but it seems to be a microcosm of what Obama had planned for the US in stuffing the ballot box.
Even if the national vote was 100% voice vote of each and every American and Trump won 100% of all vote, the lamestream would still proclaim something as stupid as this.

The most recent VA poll (Hampton U) had Trump in the lead, though by less than one percent. Because Trump’s number was rounded down and Hillary’s up, the RCP average lists the poll as tied.
