Just like mystery surrounds the motivation of people yelling “Allah Akbar” as they kill dozens of innocent people.

If you don’t want to know (or admit) something, many people (Ds) call it a “mystery” and avoid the truth.

Focusing on the source it a misdirection. The payments were bribes. There is no mystery. If this administration would consider prosecution the source may matter. But there will be no indictment for now so it’s a matter of public opinion not court. And in public opinion it just needs to be made clear that Bill/Hillary took bribes. And that’s not ok regardless of the payer. Some payers are worse, but she cannot be president in any case.

<><>Claudio Osorio fundraised for Hillary and supported the Clinton Global Initiative. He falsified applications to score a loan of $10M tax dollars to build homes in earthquake-ravaged Haiti. Osorio was convicted of financial fraud, using humanitarian assistance “for personal benefit,” and got 12 years in federal prison.

<><>He was on the federal terrorist no-fly list yet a Lebanese-British businessman donated $460,000 to Miami Democrats for voter-registration and attended the Clintons WH Christmas party. He was later convicted of money-laundering and “aiding a criminal organization WRT billions of dollars stolen from Nigeria.

His company pledged $1 billion to the Clinton Global Initiative. The ***-kissing Clinton gave him a prize for.....Wait for it....." sustainable development."

EXCERPT Free Beacon May 2015--- The Clintons have been working with Digicel CEO Denis O’Brien in Haiti since 2010, in the wake of the disastrous earthquake. Bill Clinton and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had been active players in the country before the quake, but would assume almost total managerial control over the recovery effort via the State Department and the Clinton Foundation.

As Peter Schweizer documents in his book, "Clinton Cash," Digicel received millions in U.S. tax dollars from USAID, an agency overseen by the State Department, as part of the Haiti Mobile Money Initiative. The program was designed to establish a mobile money-transfer system that would allow individuals to send donations directly to friends and relatives in Haiti.

The State Department's "USAID Food for Peace" program, which was under the direct control of Hillary Clinton’s top aide Cheryl Mills, benefited Digicel.....to administer money transfers over its mobile network. Haitians received cell phones and a free Digicel account.

Digicel received grants courtesy of U.S. taxpayers, and collected millions in fees from Haitians every time they used the system, and significantly expanded its user base.

By 2012, Digicel had captured nearly 80 percent of the Haitian mobile phone market, and Haiti had surpassed Jamaica as the company’s most profitable market. Revenues were up 14 percent compared to 2011, and Digicel’s subscriber base increased by almost 30 percent during that period. O’Brien, who holds a 94 percent stake in the privately owned firm, continued to rake in cash. In 2014 alone, O’Brien awarded himself $650 million worth of dividends.

Time to look at Malta to find more dirt on the Clintons.

BACKSTORY Secy Hillary poured billions of our tax dollars into dirt-poor, earthquake-ravaged Haiti as Bill put on his "do-good" act. But Haitian Americans protested the Clinton Foundation offices say dirt-poor Haitians never got a dime...all of the tax dollars have been laundered into the foundation.

REALITY CHECK In some Haitian mountain villages there's no electricity (maybe generators for a few hours), no water, no septic, etc. - but dirt-poor Haiti does have cell-phone coverage.

Reading the many stories of Clinton "do-goodism" in Haiti....he is invariably standing before a Digicel sign. You can bet your bottom dollar the Clintons get a cut of that action.

The Digicel Group is the Caribbean and Central American telecom empire run by Denis O’Brien, an Irish billionaire officially resides in Malta to avoid taxes..... O'Brien serves as chairman of the Clinton Global Initiative’s Haiti Action Network.

Digicel, the largest mobile provider in Haiti, invested $45 million in the project, which also benefited from $26.5 million in financing from the World Bank-affiliated International Finance Corporation. Hillary also tapped the Sate Dept's USAID agency for more tax dollars for the tax-evadng billionaire.

Asked about Bill Clinton's globe-trotting, receiving huge amounts to give speeches, the Foundation will tell you Bill was so "beloved" that people were dying to hear him speak.

REALITY CHECK But the reality is very few of those he addressed understood or spoke English....all of those people listening attentively did not understand a word he said....they got paid to sit in at Bill's speeches.

In 2001, the impeached, disbarred Clinton needed his reputation restored. So on exiting the White House he made a relief trip to India where he toured earthquake-ravaged towns - and was met by adoring throngs (?).

Clinton was acting as honorary chairman of the new American India Foundation (AIF), which included wealthy Indian-American entrepreneurs, executives and doctors who hoped to raise $50million to build some one hundred villages.

The author, Jerome Corsi, points out that neither Bill Clinton nor the Clinton Foundation had IRS approval to conduct earthquake relief efforts. 'And there is no evidence of IRS approval and legal authority in key U.S. states to solicit donations from the general public, yet the foundation certainly did so, according to public filings,' Corsi writes.

ITEM A close pal of Bill's, Rajat Gupta, was global managing director of consulting giant McKinsey & Company until 2003 when he was removed by the board. Exiting, he gave Chelsea Clinton, a 23-year old Oxford graduate with no experience, a six-figure consulting job.

ITEM Vinod Gupta was another close friend of Clinton who collaborated with Rajat Gupta in forming AIF. Vinod, CEO of Info USA, misappropriated company funds to the tune of $9.5million to pay for his lavish lifestyle.

It was on Vinod's private jets that Hillary flew from White Plains, New York, to Washington, DC, to pick up Huma Abedin and then travel on to Charleston, South Carolina in December 2005, Bloomburg News reported. Hillary turned around and billed the Senate $858 to fly on Vinod's planes.

Bill Clinton made more than $3million as an adviser to Gupta's InfoUSA in 2001 and received options on 100,000 shares of stock. It paid to be close pals with Vinod.

Clinton received an additional $3.3million between 2002 and 2008 for advising Vinod – plus the big bonus of free personal use for the entire Clinton family of Gupta's corporate jets.

Vinod contributed millions to the Clinton Foundation.

CORSI NOTES: 'While the Clintons may want to represent their fund-raising efforts in India as an exercise in noble sentiments, the record suggests opportunism might be the better explanation'.

The earthquake in India rehabilitated Clinton's tarnished reputation, according to author Corsi, and Clinton 'used India and the earthquake to cloak himself in a philanthropic mantle that helped him change the channel on his public image as he transitioned back to private life'.

ITEM Wall Street analyst Charles Ortel, who conducted studies of Clinton Foundation financial reports, alleged that Clinton had 'developed a methodology of exploiting epidemics and natural disasters to raise hundred of millions in "charitable donations" that in a relaxed regulatory environment could be diverted to personal gain, funding Hillary's political campaigns and supporting Democratic Party causes'.
