“Nest of spies” makes sense... it’s also a ‘dictator protection Agency’. It a world with natural consequences horrible dictators get overthrown... but NOT with the assistance of the UN. There - money talks and the corrupt rule.

Not only are most of these countries ruled by corrupt dictators and/or military juntas, but..
Many of these countries still have slavery.
Many others have ongoing genocide policies against their own minority groups.
And most of the rest have a wide variety of discriminatory policies against minorities.
Hypocrisy matters, I guess.
I see they invited racists besides themselves.
