I postulate a hypothetical precisely people like us need to be aware of the motivations, strengths, weaknesses and tactics of both our enemies, friends and alleged friends.
Ron Paul, Ben Carson and others raised a lot of money. Where did that money go? Was it used to advance their candidacies? Or to benefit solely the fundraisers?
The same with people seeking personal attention where they become the issue rather than the issue they are advocating.
When do we in the grassroots benefit, or not, from their actions?
When you ask, "is there a difference between an Sharpton, Weisel and Pam Geller?" You may as well carry it to the logical conclusion, is there a difference between Satan and God? Good and evil, right and wrong are self evident.
Your attempt at Moral Equivalence between a criminal opportunist and crusaders for righteousness cannot be hidden in the pathetic excuse that we need to be aware of our friends and enemies.
You ask, "who are we to judge and tell a person to live his life the way we think it should be lived?" SMH
