Maybe you’re right. I notice the cop isn’t trying to hurt him, only restrain him. It isn’t a beat down.
I’m leaning toward what you say. Cop doing his job.

Apparently NASA has awarded contacts to SpaceX and Boeing for manned launches to the ISS as early as next year.
Looks like the “spy” has a nylon stocking stretched over his head. As soon as he leaves the taxi, he makes a motion with his hand as if to “adjust” it. I would commend the guard for fast action. His identity was established within the first five seconds, otherwise the guard would probably have used his weapon. The rest is playing around. Looks like the “spy” didn’t want any evidence of his arrival and had hoped to slip in unseen. Likely a game between our agents and the guards. In this case, Russia 1, America 0.
Yes the SpaceX Dragon 2 and Boeing Starliner space capsules. But we are still sharing the ISS (space station) with the Russians. They may decide to undock their half and go their own way.
Sad thing, the ISS was an American station, until the NWO crew at nasa wanted to go star trek.
It was the US embassy.
We could have used those Russian guards at Benghazi. They seem to do a better job at protecting Americans.
You might be right. They probably didn’t know enough of the details to do this until they hacked Hillary’s server. They might also be sending the message that says “we know what you’re up to “.
Not saying it’s the same guy, but I know a guy in Moscow who is a diplomatic attache and he is a true patriot and would not be a party to the situation you describe.
All by design! This is the President that stated he would fundamentally change America. This what it takes. Create Chaos and then use that to bring in the Martial law!!!
Ha!
...sadly, you’re probably correct.
