Despite the fact that the woman in in video clearly said the cop @ the driver's side was a "Chinese officer" that shot the late Mr. Phil; the other cop that was @ the passenger window of the lady narrating/uploading in real time stated that 'her cop' was a "white/Caucasian" for a racial descriptor.
More than likely the officer was a Hmong guy, Minnesota has imported 10s of thousands of Hmongs, Vietnamese, Laotians, etc for about 40 years now so it comes as no surprise that Orientals are going to constitute a proportion of law enforcement personnel in the Twin Cities.
Throughout the whole day now, every news outlet on every station is blaring that a racist Nazi white supremacist cop was waving Confederate flags and hollered "yee haw" as he pumped 5 bullets into an innocent African infant.

too many young people fall for BLM crap. It only matters if a white cop shoots a black....drive bys in the ghetto and little black children getting shot doesn’t matter to Black lives Matter....they should march when a black kills a black, but thats ok to them.
