OK, so the FBI has (sort of) answered the question about handling of classified information on her private server, but they are silent about the biggest question: WHY? Why did she use a hidden server (now we know it was multiple servers)? WHY?

Are we supposed to believe the FBI wasn't the least bit curious about what her peculiar email arrangement implied? She was obviously hiding something (and we all know it is blatantly obvious what it was). The FBI does more than just investigate misuse of classified information.
