Rush is on record as saying that the fix has been in from the very start that The Former Twelfth Lady won't be indicted.I strongly suspect that he's correct.The only hope we have on this score is 1) that it's announced long before November that no indictment will be sought (not just a week before) and 2) after that announcement at least a few top DOJ lawyers publicly resign and make it clear *why* they're resigning.

How about this scenario? Lynch exercises her discretion and rules that Hillary won’t be indicted only to be overruled by her boss, Obama. This would be the ultimate F-— Y— from Obama to the Clintons. Then Clueless Joe could claim the nomination.
