So, um workers, police, military etc... are tested randomly and when deemed appropriate... but thats okay because... the machine has to be fed?
The military give up their constitutional rights when they join - they are covered under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Private employers are not the government so they can make it a condition of employment. Police, on the other hand, should not be randomly tested. It is unconstitutional.

That is correct, however getting government assistance is not a constitutional right...
Definitely. In fact, I would say it is unconstitutional - involuntary servitude.

She might be shocked to learn that these drug testing requirements may also apply to her. Democrats are typically drawn to politics in order to get rich, and her lengthy gig sitting on top of the Federal treasury probably hasn’t been time wasted.

Military members are sworn or affirmed to protect a constitution that no longer protects them? That is not true. If it were then why are they allowed to vote (among other constitutionally guaranteed rights)? The UCMJ is a condition of employment.
Also government civilians with high clearances have to submit to urinanslysis, while other government civilians are protected by their union. I would bet cash money thev executive branch, legeslative, and judicial branchers seldom, if ever, submit or are randomly screened for urinanalous.
