As it turns out, from the UK media, the ‘eyewitness’ was 2 blocks away from the event and heard about it from someone else.

It’s gotten to the point that it is obvious that there are handlers to certain insane people. These handlers provide firearms, and assign tasks and targets. The Globalists are not boy scouts, and they don’t mind a few bodies to achieve their aims.
