That's a good one--no wonder why the Democrats very well know (in private) Hillary Clinton took a gigantic hit in the polls because that tragedy in Orlando has exposed her very weakness on national security issues in a huge way. The LGBTQ community knows clearly now that pandering to Muslims and the LGBTQ crowd simultaneously does not work, especially when Muslims--explicitly stated right in the Qu'ran--wants to wipe the LGBTQ crowd off the face of the Earth.

>>> .... Clinton has spent more than a decade defining herself as tough and strong on national security .....
Conveniently leaving the bloody trail and body counts behind, I see what this WaPo author tried to do.
Now she's shedding the motherly grandmother defender of feminist image?

What about all the real Intel stuffed down Sandy Berger’s pants?

Well, she did support the takedown of Saddam.
But then she admitted she was wrong.
Does that count?

Hillary Clintons hawkishness insulates her from Trumps post-Orlando attacks Funny they didn't mention this hawkishness while Bernie was still in the running.

And thus shall it be so--according to the WP. More wishful thinking.
Hillary the Hawk. Now that is reassuring.

By purposely sidestepping universally accepted InfoSec practices at the State Department...

Hillary is far more dangerous than Trump when it comes to being an interventionist. She supported our invasion of Iraq, the removal of Ghaddafi, a military response in Syria, and the establishment of a no-fly zone in Syria risking a confrontation with the Russians.
Do we really want Hillary to have access to the nuclear codes?

The article has pictures of her hugging Bush and making references that she is as hawkish and tough as Thatcher??? WHAT A F ING JOKE
To: Zakeet
Nice try WaPo. Clinton may have cultivated a facade of “toughness” but toughness employed stupidly is not helpful, in fact it sets us back. Iraq, Libya, Syria, the Arab Spring, the refugees, everything she’s touched has made us less safe.
To: Zakeet
And Hillary’s addled mind insulates her from the entire body of the American people.
