The judge in this case is black.
Is the defendant black? If so, they’ll hang the woman prosecutor out to dry.

Yep...I and everyone on this forum could not believe the actions of Rawlings-Blake and Mosby from when this fiasco started, through the riots and then the lightning fast indictment of the officers.
There’s no way either one of them can deny their personal agenda, it was an in-your-face attempt at a mob lynching for their own political future and no one will ever convince me it wasn’t.
They would not have gotten away with it had they not been black, and thank G-d this judge seems to see through their self promotion.

If it was a white officer I’m not sure the judge would respond in the same way.
oops — Didn’t Trump get in trouble for saying something like that?

That is so sad. Baltimore has such rich history and until they get someone in there that’s not afraid (or have sense enough to know how to run a city) to take the reins and do what’s necessary to bring her back to the city she once was it won’t get any better.

Useless to even hope for such a thing . The city is 80% black and they keep bringing the same type of Mayors and Council members back over and over again .

I fail to see how "scolding" will result in justice, but I'm not a lawyer. --
If you were a lawyer, you would know that the function of courts is emphatically NOT about justice. Of course the courts claim to be about that, it's a marketing gimmick.

"Dismiss the case entirely. And disbar Mosby."
I don't see how this officer can have a fair bench trial at all.
His case, and all of the others need to be tossed.
Even if by some stroke of fate he's convicted, the appeal will take five minutes to throw it out.

truth that took the back seat to justice in a courtroom.

Disbarred and prosecuted for subornment of perjury and obstruction of justice. And the Medical Examiner needs similar treatment.
