Because the American left (leaders of the Democrats and the brainwashed product they produce through their public school monopoly) has always hated the United States, its history, and its Constitution, they have never stopped at any act of treason to destroy the republic, so they can reinvent it according to their leftist, hyperhumanistic vision, also know as their arrogance and selfishness.
The same vision the left shares all leftists worldwide whose goal is to finally usher in their one-world, intolerant, humanist utopia.
There is no argument to be made which could deny the overarching truth which motivates the left in any and all political decisions. They think they are the god.
The left sees themselves as 'the god' and believe that all power must reside in the chosen few leftists who must rule over mankind and permanently install their version of top-down world government by crushing all resistance by huge lies, censorship, brute force and deception.
