The City and Police clearly violated 1st Amendment and Equal Protection Clause for political gain.
Even the 9th Circuit would agree it was so blatant adn obvious.

One only has to compare the policing in San Jose with that previously in San Diego to understand exactly what Police Chief Garcia and Mayor Liccardo were up to. I can't find the particular video now, but it was really nice to see in San Diego the snatch squads darting out from the police lines to arrest certain protestors as they pushed the mob away from the convention centre.

So are they just as disgusted with the oficers/guards of which in one picture two of them can be seen on their cellphones filming/talking on the other side of the doorway while the woman was getting assaulted, egged/bottles thrown ? If they guided rally goers away from protesters why do the pics show the woman exiting right past the officers into the midst of the hostile crowd ?
