Clinton pardoned Roger years ago and now he is driving around drunk. Could have killed someone. If he had, the blood would have been on Clinton’s hands.

His ability to drive was not taken away or restored by Bill Clinton.
It's not like she hasn't popped a few back in her time, but she'll never get caught for DWI because she doesn't drive. She is chauffeured everywhere on our dime.
