He really said that??? He doesn’t know that Maryland is between Virginia and Delaware, both on the “eastern shore” and in how his state borders Maryland in other areas???

Can you imagine if a Republican had said this??? But since Kaine is a good Democrat, all is forgiven/forgotten.
