It's very simple to translate. Everybody's got problems (If you’ve been alive longer than an hour you’ve got a problem) and she is tired of hearing about them (I’m tired of people who are so negative about our country).
It's a very presidential attitude, wouldn't you say? If it were written in French, it would translate roughly in to "let them eat cake".
