"Trump is not the sole arbiter of what the Republican party stands for"
Trump does not givva sh!t what the whore, formerly known as the Republican Party, and her pimp Orthodox Conservatism "stands for". Nor do his voters.
He will pursue the agenda he believes he was elected for and will let the Republican Party make their own choices.

(Donald Trump. Because it's finally come to that.)

If Ryan can’t stand by his pledge to support the nominee, then maybe he should step down as Speaker.
He said he never wanted the job.
Time to step aside and let an enthusiastic Trump Republican Congressman take over as Speaker. No need to wait for the election or even the Primary to replace him as Speaker.
