Well it was certainly a long, strange week for Carly Fiorina. From her awkward announcement event when she sang a nursery rhyme to Cruz's children to that really weird handshake to appearing to fall through a trapdoor during a rally. And a lot of other weirdness in between.

Somewhere Thomas Eagleton is smiling. Before Carly, it was Eagleton who had the shortest, strangest stint as a running mate what with his electro shock treatments and such. But Carly's week from hell beats Eagleton hands down.

I hope Carly is in a quiet place tonight with a stiff drink in her hand.
