This is just a politician cowardly response to pressure from Conservative radio hosts. Conservatives been demanding him to endorse Cruz but he didn’t want to anger either side
I am very happy that they actually ran the video of his radio interview.
It was the most tepid non-endorsement endorsement ever. He did not say he endorsed Cruz. In fact, he began by thanking Trump for his recognition of
the most important issues, and for bringing voters to the republican party.
When it came time to talk about Cruz,he had to look down at prepared notes and read a few lukewarm comments about Cruz,and said he’d vote for him, while stressing that “I am not against any candidate.”
I think the GOPe pressured him until he finally had to say something positive about Cruz, but did it in such a way as to make it clear that he actually likes Trump. Anyone actually watching or even listening will understand that. I think this will not have the effect Cruz is hoping for, but we’ll know soon enough.
He was playing common politics. He can see the writing on the wall. Smart move. Stay the heck outta the way and let the chips fall.

I'd say she's probably right about that.
Yeah, Pence didn’t even say to vote for Cruz. He said to examine all the candidates as he did and vote your conscience.
Maybe I’m not objective but I think this “endorsement” hurt Ted more than helped him. It’s a very public statement by the governor that he can’t quite bring himself to endorse Cruz even with the political and financial pressure he’s under.
He seemed really reluctant, and I heard he is running for office again. Is that correct? If so, he’s trying hard to offend no one on any side.

I would have loved to have seen Cruz’s face when he first found about this.

When your ‘supporter’ ends up saying we should vote for whoever we feel like, then you know that he isn’t trying to close the sale.
A pansy ass who is worried about the half million paid to Fiorina regarding the ever-pending “bimbo eruption” who is working for her on staff... and the psycho singing to ted about his children like the “hand that rocks the cradle” on national television... while the titanic ted goes down.
Perhaps Pence is being blackmailed... doubt it would be the first time such has happened..

He has not succeed He running against same respected businessman who almost beat him last time. A blue dog democrat He just lost his re election. He is not well liked in many areas of the state. What was he thinking? Those who hadn’t decided and were not leaning toward Trump because of his middle stance now will. Those loyal to Trump will not forget and support Pence in the fall
