Apparently, a few trumpers are beginning to wish their vaunted leader would get a little more on the ball.

But that’s just a few.

The rest prefer to say that Ted Cruz lies, cheats and steals.

The voters get their say in November.

The parties, whomever they may be and whatever they may call themselves in this era, choose their candidates prior to November.

That’s how it’s always been. You want to be the nominee of a party? Then you play by the rules of that party. (And each state party has its own rules, which may differ from the national party. That’s how it is.)

Obama outfoxed Hillary by using party rules in 2008. Looks like she’s learned from that experience.

Supporters of various candidates in BOTH parties can’t seem to understand that basic fact this year. The parties are not democracies. They make their rules. They choose their candidates, and they often choose to listen to popular sentiment in doing so. Sometimes they don’t.

Us little guys can either choose to get involved in the party machines and gain influence, or we can just use our one vote in November.

It will be interesting to see if the political process has changed by 2020.

Used to be that Nebraska’s primary didn’t matter.

But we still had a primary.

Nothing is wrong with a simple primary and most people think the primary system is flawed.

However, it is still up to the states as to how they select the candidate.

I still can’t figure out why states vote in the order that they do. And why some states vote so early.

However, if one is running for president it’s kinda incumbent to figure these things out, especially if one is the smartest, really smart, person in the world.

"out organized"

Translation:

Under regulations established in the 1980s, delegates cannot take money from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors or foreign nationals. But an individual donor is permitted to give a delegate unlimited sums to support his or her efforts to get selected to go to the convention , including money to defray the costs of travel and lodging.

LOL — Trump NEVER tires of “signaling” a forthcoming lawsuit. Actual follow-up lawsuits: not so much.

I don’t get it, just because you don’t show up doesn’t mean people aren’t for him? I don’t care if Trump comes to my state I’m voting for him. Is this another crazy caucus state where people don’t really vote? If so no wonder.

So when does Nebraska hold their Caucus?

Oh, nevermind. May 10th. Makes sense that they pick delegates beforehand huh?

Well NOOB, it’s likely beyond your comprehension but Nebraska Republicans (any who decide to actually participate) DO VOTE IN THOSE COUNTY MEETINGS.

Trump hired the slimeball Manafort way too late.

He had a poor team he selected because they were toadies.

How can people have respect for someone who fails to do his diligence, loses and then whines like a baby.

Now, he’s got an axman who’s apparently gonna try some dirty tricks. I suppose the trumpers will be all over that.

They are “challenging many of these credentials”.

They going to file suit to do it? </sarcasm>

Fraud and misrepresentation to obtain money payments could very well rise to the level of a Felony. Depends on if they lied to get thousands of dollars as a delegate.

They held their COUNTY level votes last weekend to select the county representatives who will attend the State convention in May. Those representatives will choose the 33 delegates at the State convention. Kapish?

I’ve been observing Breitbart for a week now.

Something is going on there.

They have dropped the all out for Trump thing.

They’ve either realized their influence was waning or waked up to the possibility that he won’t win.

It’s interesting. I’d like to know what happened over there.

Poor Donald. He has no understanding of the nominating process and lying, cheating Ted Cruz is taking advantage of him.

Again, not one “vote” was cast for Cruz!

Sounds like most of them were. Ninety-three counties hold conventions. Where are those conventions a whole lot different from a caucus?
