Being involved in County politics, I feel certain that the rules were changed in a stealth manner. Precinct Chairs rarely know what the state party is doing much less their own county party.

That is why many CO delegates for Trump showed up expecting a fair process. Sick of Cruzbots rationalizing for this Harvard Lawyer/Crook.

Please provide evidence of such - your "feeling" has no probative value.

I didn't like Savage's golf analogy, where the guy kicks in a short putt when no one is looking. THAT'S outright cheating.

But....

Let's say it's two guys playing golf for high stakes. At the end of the round, Player B tells player A that A's score is two strokes higher than A had it. B explains, "Oh, I saw you ground your club on 4 and 7, so I assessed a penalty stroke for each hole."

Of course, player A would be livid, as B hadn't mentioned this until the final score is coming in.

B sticks by his scoring, because "Hey, it's in the rule book for anyone to see. You should have known I would score a penalty."

People need to remember, most of those in control in Colorado are transplants for where?.......”Kalifornia”.

Cruz is totally stupid and hasn’t got a clue that the GOP will dump him over the side when they get to the convention in Cleveland. The GOP has their own puppet warming up on the sidelines and it makes no difference if either Trump or Cruz makes it to the convention, they will pick their own operative.

“Nothing prevented the trump campaign from doing exactly what the Cruz campaign did to sweep the delegates. Nothing but his ignorance of the rules.”

Yes the rules of a corrupt elitist state party.

Republicans? Democrats? Tell me Ted what’s the difference now?

My right to vote and having my vote counted in the result.

“That won’t change anything as Ryan will be nominee and Hillary president.

The Republican elite arte counting on the short term voter memory and the low regard the average voter of both parties have of Hillary.

What they don’t see is the absolute disgust the average Republican voter has for their own party elite.

It will be the eventual downfall of both the party and the country.

Hold on there @$$4@((!

My maternal Grandmother was born and raised in Colorado to a pioneering Colorado family who arrived there well before the 1876 Colorado statehood date. She wound up in California before 1900 because of her marriage.

Don’t blame Colorado, much less California on me or my family. You don’t list your state on your home page....my guess is you’re not proud of it......so what socialist hellhole state do you live in?

Really? So your right to vote is being negatively impinged by the Cruz campaign?

Are you a registered Republican in Colorado? If you are, you COULD have gone, ON MARCH 1ST, I believe, to your local precinct/district meeting (there were over 1,600 of these locations) where the vote for delegates at the district level were conducted. On this forum, a number of Trumpsters said they attended their local meeting to vote and the Trump campaign was nowhere to be seen. THAT was neglect/incompetence on the part of the Trump organization. Those local/District meetings also chose who would represent them at the state convention and vote for the state level delegates.

If you’re not a Colorado resident, where is Cruz “impinging and eroding” your right to vote and have your vote counted?

‘People need to remember, most of those in control in
Colorado are transplants for where?......”Kalifornia”.’

And, YOU need to remember that those who ruined California
were those who came from New York and New England in
general. The point is that the problem does not have
an address, rather,it has a title and that title is
“liberalism”. Get over blaming CALIFORNIA and check
out the liberal crap happening in your own universities
which has nothing to do with California.

Don’t be silly... my response is a generic “my.” but you knew that in your specious response to my post.

Sorry, but the whole Colorado situation was setup to deny Trump any delegates whatsoever by GOPe elites. Note that Cruz did not object to this change from what Colorado has done in the past. Cruz, the Conservative Constitutionalist, born in Canada to a Cuban father, has no problem with elitist corruption as long as it benefits him. Corruption, at any level or local, affects us all...see above “My.” Cruz’s “principals” seem to be conditional to the situation as it relates to him.

Conservative Constitutionalist is a term that is misapplied to Cruz. His North American Union loving wife tells the tale on this charlatan. TPP, the Coker Bill, etc, etc, etc, explained. I’m not buying it, or Cruz, whatsoever. I’ve seen his kind before.

For any flaws, either real or imagined, I’ll take someone that will...

build the wall already authorized by congress, but never started,

work to keep companies in the US, paying American workers, American wages,

fight for fair trade, not free trade,

work to get rid of all of Obama’s anti-American policies....

and other things Cruz has never opposed, or otherwise fought for.

hint it ain’t career politicians (elitists) Hillary, Sanders, Kasich, or Cruz.....who collectively have sold/are selling the American Dream away.

Ah, yes, the People’s Republic of Colorado.

Personally, I think no one has a real idea how this will play out.

Trump has huge negatives he would carry to the General, but Cruz is still asleep at the switch, Kasich, no chance..... unless God knows what, any of the bog loosers from the Primaries.

My dream candidate... who has no chance.... Rudy Giuliani.

What you especially but many Cruz supporters miss is that the Colorado issues resulted in our anger with the GOPe and secondarily maybe with some at Cruz for his being so establishment now. But mostly with the arrogance of the GOPe.

Months ago before Cruz became the he momentary golden boy of the establishment, many of his supporters were as anti-establishment/GOPe as Trump supporters.

Cruz supporters are so aggressively looking for any insult to Cruz that someone sneezing will soon be interpreted as a slight to him.

The fact that Cruz can't win an honest race and has to rely on trickery and attempt to secure the nomination spells doom for the Republican party.

Thankfully, I will be leaving the party and for sure will never vote for Cruz. Depending how this transpires, I may actively work against him.

Well, since I feel the same way about Trump, I guess we balance each other out! :-)
