I've been remiss Moseley, in not looking into your extensive posting history.
Today is the FIRST day you have come out of the woodwork this year!! Happy New Year Moseley!!
The last time you were on FR was the day after Christmas, December 26, 2015.
But TODAY, you're the designated Teddy Talking Points mouthpiece (literally, IF you are really an attorney as you claim). What bar in what State Moseley? Your FR page is empty, like so many other sleeper trolls that have been arising from the dead lately.
(Shout out to my FRiend StephenJohnBanker, hey!! Looks like we caught another one! LOL)

The Constitution has not been amended to allow for foreign born citizens to become president or vice-president. --
Amendment is not the only way to accomplish the objective. Neglect, pretending the clause isn't there, claiming that birth abroad qualifies, those get to the same point.
Congress has already held that a dual citizen at birth can be a natural born citizen (Obama), why should the place of birth or place of being reared or allegiance of the parents matter at all?
The deciders of this issue (Congress and the courts) have decided. It's over but for the wearing down of objectors.

“claiming that birth abroad qualifies”
Birth abroad DOES qualify.
The same people who wrote the Constitution enacted a law in 1790 defining natural born citizen to include those born abroad to US citizen parents.
You keep trying to twist reality to fit into your preconceived ideas, opinions, and assumptions.
From 1790, it has always been clear that a person born abroad is a natural born citizen if one or more of t heir parents is a natural born citizen.

I have read the Rogers v. Bellei case, and unlike you I am an attorney and I understand what I am reading. Bellei was a natural born citizen. --
And naturalized.
Rogers v. Bellei, 401 U.S. 815 (1971)
His citizenship was taken by denaturalization, not expatriation. There is a totally different line of cases dealing with expatriation.
I'll let others read the case themselves and see if your assertion "Bellei was not naturalized by statute," holds water. I have no interest in discussion with you, you are on my twit list.

Try Article II, Section I, Clause 5 for the constitutional rule. See posts 72, 81, 108, 121, 157 for additional details. He is ineligible. That in no way means of course that he will declared ineligible. After all the system has been corrupted, but that doesn't make you right or me wrong.
Oh and keep your snarky little know nothing opinions out of it.

As I recall the story, the Clinton Justice Dept was in the habit of polling the larger donors, asking if there was anything they could do to "help".
AOL, then the owner of Netscape , and Oracle pointed the finger at Microsoft for gaining a monopoly on web browsers by integrating Explorer into the Windows OS.
Microsoft, not being a donor, was then subjected to the tender mercies of the DOJ's anti-Trust Division.
The Clintons invented -- and institutionalized -- many of the federal government's corrupt practices.

One other thing: the issue isn’t his NBC status to begin with. The issue is did he commit administrative fraud by lying on the forms used to get on the ballot in NJ. Very different thing, that.
To: RoosterRedux
Cruz cheating??? No way!
He’s pure as snow. After all Cruz holds a Bible over his head. The potbelly pig Beck thinks Cruz is the second coming.

GoFundMe!?!?!?!?
You would think King Cruz would want to contribute just to get this question of law settled once and for all, EH?

But a distinction without a difference.
In fact, that is far worse for the challenger.
Because if Ted Cruz BELIEVED that what he put on the form was true, he’s fine.
So the standard is much lower.

Well Cruz has already demonstrated how low his standards are.
Thanks for playing.

“Try Article II, Section I, Clause 5 for the constitutional rule”
There is nothing there that answers the question.
That’s because the Founding Fathers left it to Congress.
And then those same people who wrote the Constitution were elected to the first Congress.
And then they passed a law in 1790 exercising the power to define who is a “natural born citizen.”
And Congress has exercised the power to define natural born citizen since 1790.

Heh. In every case where his eligibility is challenged, his first argument is that the issue should NOT be settled by the court.
