That wasn’t the reason I stopped supporting Cruz, but it was the Voter Violation letters and the linking up with Uber-moron Glenn Beck.
Have a great day fellow Freeper!
“this is the first time in history where the Republican Party is PURPOSEFULLY trying to thwart the Front Runner.”
Sorry. That’s just simply not true.
“The rules existed before....”
Yes, and the rules favor the Republican club. That is one of many reasons we want change in Washington. GO TRUMP
You Trump Cruz supporters better start realizing that just because an article doesnt say wonderful things about Trump or his prospects doesnt neccessarily mean its a conspiracy.
... by the end of this month, your boy will be eliminated from any possibility of becoming the nominee.
You are welcome to come to the realization that Trump will be mathematically eliminated prior to the convention also.
It’s called a ground game. You have to have one to win elections. I know you feel it shouldn’t apply to the Donald. But unfortunately for him. It does.
Some anti-Trump people are pro-Cruz (the Mike Pence people in Indiana). Some anti-Trump people in IN are pro-establishment (the Dick Lugar people). Some anti-Trump people in IN don’t know who they are for... just who they are against.
Not all anti-Trump people are the same.
Not all pro-Trump people are the same, of course.
Notice how some of the usuals were a little quiet the past few weeks and are now back. I'm thinking their checks finally arrived.
It is well known that Cruz and Kasich are willing tools of the Uniparty/GOPe/Bush Family to stop Trump. This is the first time in history that the Republican Party is purposefully trying to thwart the front runner. And if you think that Cruz will win the nomination when the final ballots are counted, then I have a bridge to sell you.
“Anti-Trump sentiment runs hot among GOP leadership in Indiana, and its driving a virulent rejection of the mogul among likely delegates.”
Welcome to the Soviet Union.
You called a fellow Freeper an idiot.
GOP politics in 2008 and 2012 answers your question. Browbeating seems to be the primary skill of GOP nominees and party supporters.
IN kicked out Lugar in 2012; strange things happen with the Hoosiers, who then elected someone more liberal than Lugar!
Link the truth.
After the first ballot, can the floor be opened up for additional nominations, or can delegates just vote for, say, “Jebbie” on their own until enough votes start to pile up for the funny Floridian?
“Its called a ground game.”
It is called having the GOPe machine working for you. You get it by selling out to the Washington insiders.
Mittens will be jubilant if he can Stop Trump, whereas his father and William Scranton could not Stop Goldwater.
Excellent point. I have, instilled by my creator, a serious drive to do the exact opposite of someone browbeating me. That is why when I jumped the Cruz ship after Iowa I couldn’t go to Trump.
My candidate is the eventual nominee. We have to beat Hillary.
I firmly believe such a dark horse candidate would alienate at least a third of republican voters. The candidate is immaterial.
The party selecting someone not at the forefront of the primary race is a slap in the face for many voters.
I am sorry, if I hurt the Freeper’s feelings. Hopefully they will toughen up a bit and I will soften my language to help protect the feelings of Snow Flakes in the future.
I thought you were going to say some are just Hoosiers who are clueless about all of this!
