I know they said Latin American countries but that might include the Gulf of Mexico too. All they need Is one sub launching nuclear missiles from the Gulf area to do significant damage to many U.S. major cities. They could shut down the Panama canal or the Houson Port and do a whole lotta damage to the worldwide economy. Now maybe we know what all this business about Obama’s visits to Cuba were about.
