what is with the Cruz campaign, first it was Glenn Beck wanting to stab Trump, and now Cruz wanting to run over him? It sounds to me like Cruz is creating a culture of violent threats in his campaign.

Watch the video. Team Trump is just trying to manufacture controversy. It was a silly joke about if he say Trump in his rear-view mirror, which peddle would he push. Something like that. It was NO death threat. Trump is a mentally a child.
Please tell me that some official on the Trump campaign staff has better sense than this. It was an obvious joke. If you are going to make hay out of an obvious joke, it makes you seem desperate.
That business of being afraid of a girl with a pen also seemed very silly to me. It is likewise silly that she is claiming "assault". Everybody should have just shut up about that and let it go.
