Though I don't know about these specific snowflakes, I know that plenty of other snowflakes exactly like them (unlike the real world, all of these snowflakes are just the same....) that have been circular filed.
Life went on. Hopefully they learned from the reality check.

Former military is a pretty good place to recruit. Community Colleges, too.
Four Year Liberal Arts Schools? Not so much. And, I'm sad to say that state schools - even those with a technical bent - aren't what they used to be.
