I love the verbal parsing of this administration.
Of course President Barack Obama understands that “capitalism is a system that brings freedom better than any other one.”
So did Marx , Engels, Lenin, Gramsci, Alinsky, Stalin, Trotsky, Mao, Castro, Chavez, Idi Amin, Mubarak, Pol Pot, Khrushchev, Peron, and all of the rest of the architects of the various Socialist Workers Paradises.
The fact that Capitalism both instills freedom in it's people and and fosters freedom in a capitalistic society is precisely why they are all so hostile to Capitalism want to kill it.
Including Barak Obama
Their motivation is unlimited power for themselves and the ability to impose their will and exert total control on those beneath them.
They could care less how well those below them are doing and are in fact pleased when the people they rule over are desperately poor with few options in life..
They understand when a member of the ruling power elite has unlimited power and control everything and rules over a poor and desperate population that has nothing then the rulers may induce members of the underclass under their power to do anything they desire
All in the name of the ideals of Liberté, égalité, fraternité
Capitalism is not a system. A system implies design. Instead, it is a description of how a free economy (with a currency) works. It has more to do with psychology than politics.

Great, he should try it sometime. Rather than kill coal mining, he should encourage it.
