I don't know about it being Soros, but certainly the forces of the left and the forces of establishment Washington. Both men has vowed to upset the Washington Power Structure, and I have no doubts that a lot of people connected to that power structure believe they should foment hatred between the two camps.

I believe the strangest thing about all this in-fighting is that some at Free Republic somehow think that Free Republic alone is responsible for choosing the next President of the United States.
Free Republic is an excellent source of news and commentary concerning the events taking place around us and a place where conservatives can express their views without the ridicule of liberals.
While it is true that we ‘have’ influenced our government, we certainly have not created our government.
Truth be told, we are but a thimble representation of our country.
Since you are all so fired to vote for a socialist, will you pay our share for all the government programs Trump wants to increase. Big government costs money. Trump-sized government costs a lot of money.

We ought to stop spreading sleaze, gossip, and accusations, and start looking at these stories more critically. We should not just readily embrace anything bad that happens to be reported about the other guy.

Yes they are, and if it's any consolation, they will smear Cruz too. They will smear endlessly whomever becomes our nominee. They did it with Eisenhower, they did it with Nixon, Goldwater, Ford, Reagan, Bush, Dole, Bush, McCain, Romney, and now Both Cruz and Trump.
It's what they do.

I understand why there are passionate Cruz supporters and passionate Trump supporters.
Both better than Hillary.
Both with strengths and flaws.
I’m not worried. I can be successful with any administration. I’m not dependent on a good job. I’m not dependent on low interest rates. I’m not dependent on conservative policies. I’m not dependent on socialism. For me personally.... it doesn’t matter who wins. For our country it does. If this country is crazy enough to elect Donald Trump... or the Hildabeast.... then so be it. The country will get the king it wants.
