So Trump doesn’t always mean what he says? Who knew? Maybe Mexico won’t have to save up for that wall after all.

It's astonishing, the number of people saying Trump doesn't mean what he says. The list includes Carson, Limbaugh, Christie, Coulter, etc., to name just a few. Well, Donald, if you don't mean it, don't say it.

I've said several times recently that Donald doesn't 'think well on his feet'. He just blurts out a stream of consciousness, with out much thinking. The problem is that in these circumstances, you really do mean what you say. Your first thoughts are your natural reaction without time for your rational self to censor it.

In my view, Donald really DOES mean what he says.
