I think Newt will find a position in the Trump organization that will help Trump be effective as President.

Newt would make a great VP candidate for either Trump or Cruz. Also, a great chief of staff for either.

I’m fed up with this ‘stop’ Trump stuff from GOPe. Let the voice of the voters determine the outcome, not the so-called leaders of the Rep party.

Back in the 60s we used to say “Stick it to the man.” Today the elites in government have joined to “the man”. Electing Trump will be “Sticking it to the man1”

Please explain. Thank you.

“I saw Newt on BOR last night and he was excellent. Even BOR said so. I think Newt would make a good VEEP for Trump. He could maneuver Trump around all the DC landmines.”

I could not agree more. Maybe the Chief of Staff slot.

“Gingrich had a killer line”

“Look if your going to work to elect Hillary Clinton, just work to elect Hillary Clinton”.

Damn, Newt is good, very good.

‘It’s no secret Newt has been behind the scenes advising Trump. He’s not an analyst, he’s a pro Trump anal-ist looking for a new job.”

I will say this. Trump is getting excellent advice. Newt may very well be part of that advice.

“It’s disingenuous to suggest opposition to Trump means support for Hillary.”

You are the one being disingenuous. Newt is talking about the Republicans who said they would support Hillary over Trump.

>>>Newt and Trump and share a few laughs over past wives.<<<

I see lots of FReepers sharing stories about their Ex Wives and they aren’t very complimentary.

Better get them banned for acting like Men do when talking about Ex Wives. People even equate listening to Hillary screech is like listening to an Ex Wife.

Just an observation. I don’t have an Ex Wife to complain about.

“Rather than extend an olive branch branch to his conservative opponents, Trump extends poison oak.”

Pray tell what olive branch is Cruz for example extending to Trump? Trump is the one who was congratulating his opponents for their primary wins. Cruz did nothing but continue to bash Trump.

“Newt has had his A-game as of late.
It is fun to see him in form again.”

He sure is and would and will make mincemeat of the media.

The GOP Nominee or Clinton will be the next President.

Working to form a third party, as some of these GOPE Astroturf “Conservatives” are doing, is working to elect Hillary.

That these “Social Conservatives”, lead by a Bush operative, are ignoring Cruz to go to finding a unnamed “third party candidate” to “stop Trump” should piss off every member of this board.

BTW, funny how you miss the fact that Trump’s “astronomical negatives” are only 2 points higher then Clinton’s.

“Then, he sits on the couch with Nancy and signs onto the global warming fad”

Newt has long since said that was a big mistake on his part. If you are stuck in the past so be it.

Yes he would. However now that Cruz has gone over to the establishment side I don’t see Newt in his future. The establishment is not fond of Newt.

Boy Wonder Ryan seems to conveniently forget that he was part of a losing ticket in 2012.

Biden beat him in the debate. Yes, THAT Biden.

I would rather see Newt as Chief of Staff, being able to guide Trump through the sewer that is Washington and able to stop liberal lunacy before it gets started. Newt knows where McConnell and McCain’s skeletons are buried I would venture. And Newt has been trashed pillar to post already by the media scum so what’s new, nothing.

I cannot begin to express just how much I crave having Newt be Trump’s Chief-of-Staff.

Every day, a new plan to piss off liberals and leftists, not to mention Establishment types, while simultaneously restoring our Republic.
