Plus who are we to judge other cultural practices?

If they *knew* they were hiring a pedophile, and he offends, then yes.

Look at the Boy Scouts or the catholic church.

Sued all the time.

But the point is this SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED.

If the guy wasn't in the country legally, with a job or not, there would have been no rape.

That’s ridiculous. A kitchen dishwasher isn’t being put in contact with children by the employer so the scouting and priest comparison doesn’t work.

Employers aren’t responsible for crimes their employees commit. Just because employers are sued all the time doesn’t mean it’s right.

It’s the government’s fault the guy was here. Sue them.
