So the loosing side of every election was disenfranchised ?

Nope.

Do I completely support a persons right to say what they think yes.

As I recall many djt supporters thought Romney statement was going to help them.. I guess after losing 2 states and a tie n delegates in another while winning one they have to find some reason and Romney is as good a reason as any..

Djt things its ok to sue those that disgree and say mean things against him it seems that some of his followers want to go further than that.

Djt fans using UNPRECEDENTEDLY if of course both humorous and silly as he does tings that are UNPRECEDENTED all the time. Like sending cease and desist letters to other candidates for having commercials that show djt saying things ..

It is an issue in that djt had said on multiple occasion that d.duke was and is despicable (he is right on that) but then acted as if he had never heard of him and knew noting about him. That is the issue for me.

Also at issue his djt being politically tone deaf to not instantly call the KKK an evil in the american body politic. Does that mean I think he agrees with KKK no, does it mean that he was foolish to not instantly condemn the KKK yes.

and so is yours..

the 1st amendment is for only those that agree with YOU.

If nothing else make me hope that djt is not the candidate his statements (and his followers) on free speech would do it.

Once conservatives ascend to the seats of power in the party, it is time for them to seriously consider the following:

That all Republican leaders must swear unique loyalty to the United States as a nation and its constitution. That they must disavow allegiances to foreign powers and internationalist organizations as anti-ethical to the interests of the United States, its sovereignty, and its people. And if they waver in this commitment, this oath amounts to their resignation from office.

Conservatives must compile a list of organizations whose past actions infer disloyalty to the United States in favor of internationalism, or affiliation with organizations who bear no loyalty to the United States. To include foreign based multinational corporations. That no Republican leader be permitted to affiliate with or become indebted to such organizations.

...Keep Trump from getting a majority of the delegates (though he is very likely to win a plurality) and then steal the election from Trump at the convention.

If 65% of republican voters don't want Trump, how is him not getting the nomination equal ignoring the voters?

disenfranchise millions of new Republican voters

Many are not NEW Republican voters but TEMPORARY Republican voters. I work at the polls in Ohio. You would be surprised at how many voters change their political party to vote for who they consider to be the weakest candidate, and then switch back as soon as possible. Dems were voting for McCain and Republicans for Hillary.

Not unusual in elections. If Rubio was the leader would he be disenfranchising millions of voters?

Well, you best tell that to CRuz.

Cruz wants Trump off message, which would help Cruz to win. Trump want Cruz off message for the same reason. It's political gamesmanship within the campaign, and they both know they are giving bad advice. I don't take offense at either one.

What offends me is Jeb (may his campaign rest in peace) calling illegal immigration "an act of love" instead of a crime that costs our country money and costs American jobs and sometimes lives. What offended me was Marco "Gang of Eight" Rubio campaigning for US Senate as opposing illegal immigration and then selling out as soon as he got to DC - may Rubio's campaign rest in peace SOON. The difference is whether the actions reflect on how they would govern. Rubio would govern however he was paid/pressured/inclined to govern, and that would have nothing to do with his poll-tested stances in a campaign. Cruz and Trump would both probably govern well.
