There will be a massive revolt in the FBI if it is true that over 100 agents are working on this and she is not indicted. I heard several pundits argue that it is actually worse for Obama if she is not indicted. Makes sense anyway.

The more Hillary is forced to offer long, convoluted explanations for why she didn’t break the law the worse it looks. The endgame isn’t going to be as surprising as it might seem, I can just see the audience rolling their eyes in disbelief.

Hillary has had problems with exposing classified info for much longer. I was going by when Guccifer was interviewed by the FBI in prison. In any case the amount of time the FBI has in the investigation would probably shock many.

There was a book which came out a year or so ago, Clinton Cash, which did a good job laying out the many cases of bribery during Hillary's tenure as SOS. Of course the author did not have subpoena power so could not make airtight conclusions but the circumstantial evidence was overwhelming.

That book has been forgotten and no one seems interested in talking about the issue while Hillary runs for President.

Any others y'all?

Money laundering and tax evasion.

It's the tax charges that will stick, and will kill her with her fans.

I don’t see how the press can ‘buy’ the lie about Hillary’s server NOT being hacked when we’ve got this: Guccifer’s being brought to the United States ... and he’s admitted READING Hillary’s emails...

“Perhaps most notably, Lehel was also the first source to uncover Hillary Clinton’s improper use of a private email account while she was Secretary of State, which the FBI is investigating as a potential danger to national security.”

That’s part of the FBI investigation. The media isn’t covering it. The fact that the investigation is two pronged showed up months ago now. Since then ... nothing.

I think Lynch is aware of that part of the investigation. It’s why she’s being a bit circumspect. She knows Hillary is going down hard and the damage could be widespread. As a lame duck president it’s the last thing Obama wants sucking up all of the oxygen.

That will happen anyway due to the large numbers involved in the investigation.

People are confused about the emails. They won’t be confused about the bribery and tax evasion. When it blows out, it will be historic. There’s no way it can swept under a rug. With at least 100 FBI agents dotting i’s and crossing t’s to wrap it all up in a package, Hillary’s dead meat

+1

You don't need 150 FBI agents to put together a case of obvious rulebreaking. You do need 150 FBI agents to follow the deposits to the offshore accounts and the corresponding trade approvals.

In fact, Hillary would have been lucky to be charged with 22 technical violations of CFR 343, section 9, paragraph a, sub-paragraph 98 (numbers made up).

People's eyes would glaze over, she'd make up something about being too busy baking cookies with Charlotte, she'd pay a fine and be sworn in on schedule.

Felony money laundering, conspiracy, and tax evasion is a whole different matter.

That would be an excellent question. Also: “Would you let you Cabinet use private unsecured smart phones and tablets to send and receive unencrypted classified information?”

Her claims are patently absurd given just a little bit of knowledge about how this stuff works.

then ask her point blank if she ever sent or received any messages marked Confidential, Secret, or Top Secret.

That's easy: no. None of those idiots ever marked anything. They simply typed classified information into the nonsecure system and sent it to her unmarked.

My follow up question would then be: "During the four years you served as Secretary of State, on a daily basis, you communicated with the White House, the Pentagon, the CIA, NSA, foreign governments, and embassies around the world. Are you saying that all of those communications involved information that was not sensitive or classified in nature?
