4. IRS computer system that cross-checks 1,000 refunds going to same address

5. Obamacare credits only when income verified

6. Do away with earned income credit to folks who have dependents in other countries (aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, etc can get claimed on IRS tax forms) thus why immigrants get 10,000 refund checks.

Do these things actually happen? I know people have filed false returns to alternative addresses in order to steal refund money, but didn’t appreciate the scope of this. Are people actually claiming dependents outside of the country?
