I wonder...We've all seen those man-on-the-street interviews where people can't answer the most basic political questions, yet they vote. I remember one of those done on a CA college campus asking them to name the three branches of the gov't. While we have no idea how many people were interviewed, I find it sad that even one college person exists who can't correctly answer that question.
If I were King, I'd require a current events test before you could vote. Even worse, I'd issue an Executive Order that, if you don't pay any Federal income taxes, you don't vote in Federal elections. After all, nothing in the game, why should you? I'd make a horrible President, but a great dictator!
