Nah, Cruz wouldn’t be interested in holding those positions - they just involve arguing with a bunch of idiots, most of whom want your job.
Instead, Cruz should either be VP or Attorney General. As VP, he can be in on all of the big decisions and ensure that Trump stays on the Constitutional straight and narrow, plus let him know who’s who and what’s what in DC, plus help pick prospective federal judges. Plus, of course, he’d be perfectly positioned for 2024. Alternatively, as AG, he can prosecute Hillary and all of the corrupt Obama traitors. After that, he can either run for POTUS, or have Trump nominate him for the Supreme Court.
Watch Liberal heads explode in either case.
Regrettably, I used to think that they had planned something like that from the beginning. However, now there is so much bad blood (plus the “Cruz isn’t eligible for the Presidency because he’s a Canadian), that Veep is definitely out. Maybe AG - that’ll sail through, as he is probably among the best qualified.
