They escorts still need to unrep. Either all the ships that comprise the CVBG need to be nuclear or none of them should be nuclear. The mish-mash makes no sense. Does it make a bit of difference if the CV is nuclear or convectional to the air wing?

Why would you want a carrier that has both catapult launch and springboard launch?

I really don’t think there has been any “concrete” expression of interest from the Indian side since the Storm remains more or less a PPT slide and expo model. I don’t think there will be any interest to go with a design, which may not even enter Russian service. The U.S. and European offerings come with proven cost estimates and service records or industrial collaboration benefits (e.g., the French or BAE Systems).
