What about being told to move back behind the line and chest bumping the officer?
I’ve watched the video and I do not see the photographer “chest bumping” the Secret Service agent.
Please note the exact video link and timestamp where you see this so I can look at it, too.
Yelling “FU” at a member of law enforcement is a protected right in this country. If they can’t take it then they need to find another line of work.
This wasn’t a private citizen on the sidewalk. It was a journalist marking his turf like a dog. Journos are scum. Self entitled filth.
The photographer could be a card-carrying communist and that still has no bearing on the behavior of the Secret Service agent. Someone maybe cussing at him does not justify an escalation to potentially lethal force.

I see. So now the journalists make the rules at Trump rally? Ridiculous. The photog stepped out of line and the SS put him back. Really, this isn’t a big deal. I have no idea why you are making it one.
The Secret Service makes the rules and this agent violated them. I expect he’ll pay for his mistake.
So what. You were equating a private event with the sidewalk. There’s no first amendment rights in a private event.
This is not about the First Amendment and I never said it was. You’re confused.
Then there really isn’t an issue here. I don’t know why you are writing a book about this event.
