Rhetorical question, where was Congress to force the Executive to uphold the law they passed that he chose to ignore? What's Trump going to do with an intransigent Congress that won't give him what he wants because they now want open borders with the Democrats? I doubt the ruling class is going to roll over for Trump the way it did Obama.
Obama is both a derelict and a tyrant. He refuses to enforce real laws, and fabricates his own laws out of thin air.
He sure does and he is indeed a tyrant. What I am more concerned about is a mob of fanatical supporters that want Trump to be their tyrant and get even. They don't give two whits about the Constitution or liberty. They want revenge.
Few people expect Trump to be anything more than human, with whatever shortcomings that entails.
His record and past supports and statements clearly define him as a Liberal Democrat, regardless of what he says now to get elected. Trump is not governed by Conservative principles. As a Conservative, Trump gives me no confidence my core principles will ever be regarded by him while in office.
Here is what makes him different from every other candidate of either party: Trump is the only candidate of either party even pretending to represent the citizens of the USA.
Cruz and Rand Paul do a fine job of representing me. Carson has many fine qualities that represent my principles. Trump has few to none except his ability to stick it to the Establishment - which I do appreciate. I simply do not trust that rhetoric to go beyond the campaign stage given his record.
Every other candidate is fully bought and paid for by the corrupt donor self-anointed elite scumbags.
Trump is the only candidate that has fully funded corrupt and self-anointed elitist Leftist scumbags and their causes.
