The questions should go to Trump, Cruz, Rubio,- Kasich and Carson should get very little time they finished last and second to last. But I bet CNN wastes tons of time on them.

One thing- it does sound like there are more Trump and Cruz supporters in the audience for a change.

I just hope it will be better than the usual crapfest of stupidity most of the debates have been.

I have liked Cruz but I’m really tuned off by his failing to get his NBC eligibility decided in the federal court.

Have you ever heard of a sitting jurist giving an "advisory opinion"? They simply don't issue judgments outside of actual cases.

A retired jurist is free to do that, however. And all who have been asked have concurred: Cruz is eligible.

The only people with a problem regarding Cruz' eligibility are the birthers-- a collection of amateur lawyers.
