TAX CHEAT Charles Rangel was actually re-elected AFTER it was exposed that he had not paid a major part of his taxes for 17 years,
during which time he was on the House Ways and Means Committee—WHICH WRITES THE US TAX LAW
and for the last several years he was the CHAIRMAN of the committee.
