And silly old me thinks.....how much gall does it take for Cruz, his staff and supporters to screw-over Carson, and then bitch and call him a poor sport for not liking it. That’s pretty low. One BIG item I’ve noticed is that nobody in the Cruz organization has been so much as SCOLDED for these dirty tricks.....let alone being told to watch out for the doorknob.

No, I think you have the assessment all wrong. With Trump it is business not personal. I think the incident that most clearly demonstrates this is the Debate. Carson is standing ackwardly at the edge of the state, Cruz blew right past Carson without without even looking at him, when Trump came out he stopped and stood with him. That pretty much made the relationship between the 3 is clear.
Cruz fans are in for a massive case of butt hurt when Caron drops out and the bulk of his people go to Trump.
