You have to start wondering why WSJ has begun to put out crap polls. Go no further than their pollster Hart who has been a GOPe shill pollster for a few years. I’m pretty sure he is Bush’s pollster-—could be wrong, might be Rubio’s.
This WSJ poll is an outlier just like it’s corresponding national poll.
A new SC Poll conducted on 2/17 and released today had 5800 likely registered republican primary voters with an MOE of 2%:
Trump: 34.12%
Cruz: 17.52%
Rubio: 15.59%
Bush: 14.49%

The poll was reweighed to include more very conservative votes and less conservatives and independents. That is the primary reason for the shift in the poll numbers. It may be right or wrong but we will know Saturday night.
I’m seeing a 3rd place finish for Cruz tomorrow, and tomorrow is my birthday!
I wouldn't want to ignore, or miss, the point you want to make.
Which skills to you see Trump possessing that Cruz lacks?
Bwahahaha!
They’re trying to save their credibility before tomorrow!
Notice the article compares the poll with last month. Being spun as Cruz cutting into Trump’s lead, when it should really say that Cruz lost his lead from two days ago and is tanking!
So, in two days:
Cruz 28 => 23 (-5)
Trump 26 => 28 (+2)
Rubio 17 => 15 (-2)
Kasich 11 => 9 (-2)
Carson 10 => 9 (-1)
Jeb! 4 => 13 (+9)
Trump’s voters are the type of people who appreciate a F-— You attitude. Most likely that’s how they treat pollsters trying to call them too.
Trump is going to walk away with this.
That’s really sad Suz that you have to mix up different polls to create a lie.
Shame.
This pole? Go back to your cave.
In about 46 hours we’ll begin to hear results for SC.

They’re both NBC/WSJ polls. My understanding is that they are from the same outfit.
Leadership and surrounding himself with people who have good ideas. Trump bashes the other candidates a lot and can be a blowhard, for sure, but generally his campaign is doing an excellent job of taking a positive message to voters. His stump speeches focus on his policies that would bring jobs back to the country. He bashes Hillary, Bernie, and Obama incessantly. He doesn’t send voters shame mailers, or pander to them for “emergency” money with disingenuous personal appeals several times a day.
Contrast with Cruz, who has given the epic slimeball Jeff Roe the reigns to his campaign, and followed all of his bad advice to go as down in the mud as he can possibly get in an effort to mislead voters. And Cruz accepts no responsibility for this, and just views it as “business as usual”, or as Roe says, “politics ain’t beanbag”. Cruz’s messaging is all messed up now because the actions of his campaign don’t comport with his claims of being not-just-another-politician.
In terms of leadership and judgement about the company one keeps, I have to say that Trump seems miles ahead of Cruz.
I thought it was only liberals that want to silence opposing views. Why would you want an echo chamber like the Snowflakes?
That's not what the Trump Chumps were saying when Cruz won the Iowa caucus.
Those tough Cruz ads may be having a last minute effect on The Donald. Can’t see Trump losing this, but it seems more likely Bush will edge out Marco for 3rd and stay in the race with “comeback kid” rhetoric. Cruz’ ad against Rubio on immigration is one of the best ever made. Devastating.
Donor Class Poll!
“The most conservative candidate in the race should not be losing to a northeastern liberal in one of the most conservative states in America. Spin it all you want. This state should of been sewn up by Cruz a long time ago. So much for the southern firewall strategy.”
This is merely a function of the fact that SIX candidates remain in the field. In most primary elections, the field is down to two or three candidates by now. Trumpeters are way too cocky about their candidate getting 33% in a field of six. This means that 67% of republicans are NOT for Trump. 67! And I don’t think Trump is second choice for many. This is not over, media prognostications to the contrary.
I have to admire your true believer disposition with Cruz, its admirable, misguided but admirable. Are you going to like the hollandaise or honey mustard on your crow tomorrow night. Cruz is done and has been.
Allot of pollsters will end up with egg on their face come Saturday.
Ha...just those chickens coming home to roost...
But wait.....that looks a bit big for a chicken....
Is it a crow....(to be eaten cold)
OMG...its an Albatross
"Leadership and surrounding himself with people who have good ideas."
[snip of what anyone can see as biased campaign spin]
"In terms of leadership and judgement about the company one keeps, I have to say that Trump seems miles ahead of Cruz."
When you say "surround" and "leadership" you appear to be talking about one's ability to purchase a favor or pay an employee. Am I missing something in that assessment?
