Well he is obviously accustomed to threatening opponents with lawsuits and is puzzled why it isn’t working on Cruz.
THIS is how Trump responds...using EARNED MEDIA. Facebook. Knowing it will be picked up for free endlessly by the media and dozens of blogs, and get his message out, while Cruz' Wall St. billionaire funders must spend $500,000 to put it on air.

No one likes to be lied about, especially in front of millions of people. I knew Cruz was a liar, he’s lied about all the candidates, but when he came out and said Trump wanted to do away with the 2nd amendment I knew he was not playing with a full deck. Trump has had a CC permit for years and is a lifetime member of the NRA. I agree with Trump. I think Cruz is a pathological liar and in the end that’ll be what sinks his campaign. Cruz needs help for his lying. Like I said it’s pathological.

Wrong. Trump was the only one on stage that could readily identify a conservative supreme court replacement. Not a one of the others mentioned one by name. We know what kind of judge Cruz would appoint. Someone with all the towering qualifications of John ObamaCare Roberts.
There, fixed it. I fondly remember when it wasn't a liberal site. But lately, I see a lot of posts where people defend Kelo, funding Planned Parenthood, and using the federal government to pay hospitals directly for 25% of the population.

I think Cruz is as phony as a wooden nickle. Christians don’t pal around with open homosexuals, something Cruz started doing in his college days, and Christians don’t beg for campaign cash from homosexual millionares who advocated for same-sex “marriage”. Cruz is a phony of he first degree. Teaming up with lunatic Beck should have told anyone that there was something not right about Cruz, because there’s nothing to that sorry ass Glenn Beck. You’re as good as the company you keep.

I agree with you, Cruz is done. He's a liar and a thief (stealing the Iowa Caucus), and most of America learned quickly about his prevaricating and pilfering after that, and they showed him in New Hampshire what they thought of his moral and ethical "values" (or lack thereof).
The list from Trump posted at the top of this thread highlights those severe shortcomings of Cruz even more starkly. After Cruz loses in S.C. this Saturday, he should seriously consider pulling out of the race completely, as his presidential aspirations are evaporating right before his lying eyes, due to his own corrupt shenanigans.
