What I'm afraid of is, Scalia's death will wake up and appetize and whip into a foaming frenzy the Armies of the Night as they see their chance to rip our throats out for the next 40 years.

Me too, the children of darkness are way more committed than the children of light. I don't know how, but somehow I think BHO will get a confirmed nominee and it will be just like Sotomyer and Kagen. I believe the R's will crack under pressure from the press, academia and D's screaming about that and nothing else for next 8 months.
