Trump’s main pitch often reduces to: I’m gonna manage Big Government better

See my #80. We CAN "take care of everybody", at tolerable expense, if the government is not run by pinheads.

And the new system, unlike the old one, does NOT "take care of everybody", this is it's Achilles heel, and the People in their wisdom will see it abolished and replaced by communism if not presented with an alternative.

You will either have public hospitals for the 20% or you will have public hospitals for everyone.

No other alternative is politically feasible.

Every doc I’ve ever known was an extremely capable person. I’m not surprised at all that you all figured it out. You could do it again if they’d put the people on the ground in charge of building the plan. A few walk-throughs and I think they’d have it figured out.
